Well Worn Memories™
Photo Organizing
You have a lifetime of memories. Let's get them organized.
We'll work with you to save what matters, ditch what doesn't, and organize it all so you can find and share them.

More Than Photos
We often refer to our work as "photo organizing". However, there's much more to it than that. We want to help you tell a story with any items that are meaningful.
Correspondence
A lot of personal history can be found in the letters of the past or the emails and texts of today.
Biographies
Biographical sketches and personal reflections give us a sense of the life and character of our predecessors.
News Articles
Weddings, obituaries, notable events or personal triumphs may have been publicly documented in newspapers or magazines.
Recordings
Audio-visual recordings make the past come alive.
Memorabilia
This includes ticket stubs, childhood art, ribbons and awards, and more.
Keepsakes
While we don't help you physically protect heirlooms and treasures, we can certainly image them and tell their story.
Photo Management includes...
Gathering
Start by gathering up everything you've got. A photo history can include legacy, or historical, content from parents, grandparents and other ancestors, so it may take some searching. You may have a box of childhood memories in the attic, a collection of high school memorabilia on the top shelf in your closet, and a drawer full of old phones and devices you haven't used in years.
Sorting
This step usually takes the most effort. Create a timeline and start putting things in order or use themes such as school, sports, vacations and birthdays to divide things by subject matter. A key component here includes determining what's worth keeping.
Saving
Both print and digital photographs are susceptible to a number of things that could damage or destroy them. Digitize anything analog—you can still keep the printed material in archival quality boxes. Everything digital should then be kept in three different places. This could be your home computer, an external hard drive and the cloud. Be sure to keep the sorting structure you put all that effort into previously.
Sharing
Of course, the primary reason to save all these memories is so they can be seen. Your photo library won't be complete until it is ready for sharing. You can send and share photos digitally, but you may want to create photo books or other projects to display as well.
